Thanks for the help. I've done 3000 actual step ups today! I don't have the net at home as just moved so ill keep track and post with weekly weigh. Also today I biked as far as I could home (have to go under the mersey tunnel) which is about 10k... so about 13k in total. I'm going to be hurting tomorrow...

Your right, it is still 3221 steps onto the wii fit. I meant that if you are using the wii to count your steps then you have to double it as 3221 is total steps, not steps up - so if the wii told you you had done 3221 steps, you would have only 'climbed' half that - 1610 steps.

Does the wii fit actually count your steps? I never knew that lol. I have a wii and used to have the wii fit, but I only use it for entertainment purposes so didn't know what you could do with it.

It does princess, but I found it a bit annoying as you have to keep to its pace and the speed isn't as quick as I'd like. Good that the sound comes out of the remote thou so u can change channel and watch tv or whatever while doing it.
  • Evening all .... I'm reporting a STSThis week Thanks Fred :A
Considering the week I have just had Tooth ache, Stress, and being written off by the Physio I don't think I have done too bad. Could of easily gone off the rails by tonnes but just been making myself skimmed milk latte's as a treat.

Stepwise I'm not doing too well today so will need to go and do some 10x reps in a minute once my dinner has gone down :)

You all seem to be doing well on your Everest challenges and I'm sorry for snowballing this, so if you want to move this to another separate thread I think it is a good idea so the weight loss doesn't get overtaken by the challenge.

Would love to join in too with the biceps challenge but my upper body is out of action so only can do lower body stuff at present :(

Vixarooni - Sorry didn't realise you had been for your surgery. Hope you heal quickly and get rid of those crutches soon ((Hugs))

BettyB - Well done on steps you seem to be doing well on your stepper. Do I still need to pester you on Davina ?

Brightonbelle - Glad you had a nice time at the wedding. How did the outfit go down? where you happy with it and most importantly comfortable?

ironically i have been up and down the stairs at work 11 times today, at 50 steps a go :j

That figures when you said you didn't have step's to enable you to do the challenge :rotfl::rotfl:

Well I was bad today and didn't do any of the 30 day shred, (yes I know theres still time but OH is home and I refuse to do it whilst he's here!) but it might be a good thing maybe giving a break for a day - terrible after only two days, but I really hurt my hand yesterday (already have a slightly dodgy arm anyway) so probably should give it a rest :p
My arm is somewhat self diagnosed but everything seems to point to cabitual tunnel syndromme and sometimes my arm just totally goes on me :(

Will attempt to get back on form tomorrow although the prospect of pressure on it is beginning to worry me, weights and press-ups etc....

Hi sorry meant to reply to you last night but got a little sidetracked .......

I have done the 30day shred upto level 2 for 21 days. My advise would be to take it slow. I know you want quick results but if you rush it you will end up hurting yourself too much and then spend upto 2 weeks recovering from injury.
So I would say try every other day at first and see how it goes but I would also say get it checked by a doctor and proper diagnoses then you can move forward and work with it

Well I am really tired again tonight! Don't know what's wrong with me lately as I usually have to force myself to go to bed... then lie there for about 45 mins unable to sleep!

I'm logging in 55 climbs today - not great, although I have had a lot to do today. I've decided to keep a running total each night so I don't get confused!

That makes it 131 flights, or 1091ft.
  • Fred - I have done 29 sets on home stairs and 10 sets at work today Thank you

I think where I can I will report daily too or else I am going to get too confused :)
