I have to admit that some of them have done proper amazing, and they've all had major losses considering the fact that it was done in 21 weeks, but does anyone else think that the biggest loser UK is so lame and small in terms of losses and everything compared to the biggest loser US. Now i don't want to say that the biggest loser US contenders are more determined, but it sure seems that way. I know that the starting weight of many of the US contenders are much higher compared to UK, but if you compare like for like, US seem to have much better results with the odd anomalies. And the fact that they're big is obviously not an easy factor either.0

Looked great on Biggest Loser but I agree that Usa one is better. Australian one is also really good and they also loose much more than UK version.
So I have weighed in and start weight is 14 st 3lbs !!!!!!!!!!!!. Don't have any steps in house for challenge. Do have a step though lurking in my cupboard. Think it is 15cm but not really sure how to work out how many times I would need to step on it to complete challenge.Yearly Grocery Budget - £100.77/ £3500. January Treats Budget - £11.80 / £100.0 -
Wow, I've missed loads of interesting stuff on here. Sorry for going awol, I've had a cold and been eating and drinking for England (should have joined the challenge and lost instead!)
I'd like to join the 5lb challenge for March please, on the WW team. Which means I'll have to actually follow it a bit this month. Feb started ok and then went rather off the rails.
So, new month, new challenge- yipee.
Good luck to all the Eversest challengers - great idea, Hope it goes well.0 -

Your step is 6 inches tall (0.5 ft), 22,656 steps (11328 divided by 0.5) during the month.
