operation BODPOD II today, will it be good or bad news :eek: Get an extra weigh in today as a baseline comparison for the test later, will i be under 20stone :cool:

the new martial artist trainer on BL US was actually sparring with them, with real punches and kicks, albeit pulled but damn :eek:

That's less than I've been for 20-some years.

seriously tho I agree with sgtg you have done so well!

STS for me again but after last night's revalation i think that'll be the lat one and the last time i see 11st on the scales. I am still reeling from last night! But glad I have decided to face it once and for all rather than just pretend i look and feel 'ok' - the plan is in action peeps a skinnier healthier happier betty is on her way!!!

puds - totally agree - rob was great in BL - i reckon it's him vs paddy for the runner up prize. I hope Wil wins tho, he's fab!

Please record a STS for me please Fred. I've not had a very good February at all. I'm off to see a gym today, lets hope that helps.

I seem to be able to put 2lb on in a day if I don't take care to eat properly (and I don't mean binge eating) and I spend the rest of the week taking it off

Fred, can you put me down as -2lb please. I've finally got the scales sorted out, and it would seem that was heavier than they originally said - I'm now at 334lb

Haha i never noticed that!! The whole programme would be a lot less annoying if they didnt do that American style cut away thing to them talking about what's going on every 5 seconds!

But Wil is so much more inspirational and dedicated than the two women! they never seem to put in as much effort as him. and he just seems like a nice guy who's quite humble and trying his best, never cheating or giving up. I do quite like Zandela tho she is sweet.
