Hey Everyone,
Just nipping in quickly to post my results. The baby moved in today so been quite busy - knackered now and off to bed soon!
I'm an STS, which I'm quite happy with as I knew it wouldn't be a loss this week. Also done another 3.41 km, which is 2.1 miles. Nowhere near target, but will keep trying anyway!0 -

Well done to all the losers and stsers this week and commiserations to the gainers. Next week is a week full of temptation - but I'm sure you will all do your best.

Advise please re: Insanity Workout :rotfl:
My question is: What would you do?
I started Month 2 on Sunday (5 days ago) but so far, I've only been able to do one of the discs because they don't work. We follow a calendar. Instead of stopping, I've been substituting with the Month 1 discs which isn't as tough as the Month 2 should be.
Anyway, I now have the replacement discs and they work. So, should I continue with the calendar or go back to Day 1, Month 2 from tomorrow so I can get the full benefit or do you reckon a couple of days shouldn't make a lot of difference provided I follow the calendar from now on? Get the gist? :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:
