Hello Fred, please add to my marathon challenge please:-

    1 hour crosstrainer - 5.35K/3.3miles (518calories burnt)

then went on another machine similar to the crosstrainer but it counts how many floors climbed:-

100 floors - 21minutes (303 calories burnt). This one registers floors no miles so can't add on to the challenge.

Weight STS but don't care :rotfl:

I am taking tomorrow off any exercise whatsover - Insanity or Gym - as judging by my records above, I'm knackered so I need a well-earned rest :D

Question please: (don't scroll down if you're eating) ;):rotfl:

It's a poo question really. It's been sinking for the past week. Why? Should I be worried as it floated before. Thanks. :o

I've got the gym on a sort of prescription... but it does mean i can only go to the three specified sessions each week, the three that are supervised.

When i was there on Wednesday, I specifically asked the receptionist if it was going to be open today and was told yes it would be open but Sunday hours, so between 1130 and 1 it would therefore be open.

I was really !!!!!! off today when i turned up and was told that i couldnt go in. The supervised sessions arent on. They could have bl00dy well told me that on Wednesday. It also means that next week the Monday and the Friday session are cancelled, and the Monday after as well, so next week's gym has been reduced to just 1 lunchtime session on Wednesday. grrr

    Why does my poop sink?
The reason why poop floats is because of the gases in the actual poop itself. When there are heightened amounts of gas and air in the poop then there becomes a lessened amount of density and the end result is floating poop. Of course, this is also the reason why poop sinks. It is all about the gases and air in poop and the fact that your poop sinks has nothing to do with fat or too little fat in your diet as the urban legend goes.

Eric, so would you say one is 'better' than the other or does it not matter? Thanks
