P.S. How can you not like water? I absolutely love water, whether it's tap water, mineral, filtered.I hate juice, fizzy drinks and all that. In fact im the only one in my family whose favourite drink is water lol.
I wish I could love waterI only ever drink when I'm exercising - then I drink a lot especially with this Insanity workout. For example, I drank 500ml of water this morning and nothing since  It's not even half of what we should drink daily. I carry water around with me cos I commute on the tube and simply bring it back home again. Let me have a sip now :rotfl::rotfl:

STS this week. I've been suffering from constipation the past couple of days (arghhh), but am so annoyed. I would have expected the totm weight to come back off regardless of the constipation (stupid to expect this but still), but alas not to be.
I'm back to eating bread again (wholemeal kind), so lets see if the extra fibre helps. Really upset though as this would be the first month where I would not have lost 5lbs for the monthly challenge. Also i really wanted to reach the 10 stone mark by the end of this month, something that was looking a little bit possible last week, but now looking impossible unless I can pull off losing 2kg next week lol.
Oh wells, onwards an forwards and everything so lets see what next week brings.0 -
Sorry to say a 2lb gain this week
I'm exercising a lot - a 5 mile walk on Sunday, swam 64 lengths on Monday and 50 lengths yesterday.
But I also got taken out for a meal yesterday and had a pizza, which didn't do me any favours. And why did I win chocolates in a raffle at the weekend - more to the point, why did I open them? Ok, so a friend wanted some, but that didn't mean I had to have any.
Self sabotaging again - and I wish I could find something I liked to drink, I also don't really like just water and I'm getting so thirsty after all this exercising and not as hungry as I used to be. Still struggling to eat enough protein as a vegetarianNot Rachmaninov

Hi Everyone,
Would like to join in (again) if that's OK.
I have been following the 'Excercise 3 times a week' forum and I am doing quite well - 7lbs off. However, I think I would have done better if I had a bit more willpower about what I eat.
I don't want to follow a strict 'diet' as I have found in the past that this just makes me obsess about food. So my plan is use Food Focus to keep a track on my intake and to try to reduce my carbs.
My gym membership has just run out - just as I was made redundant - and it is too expensive to rejoin at the moment. I have begun a running programme. Very early days yet, but determined to keep going.
Weighed in today at 16 st 12.5lb.

Lady approaches me in church.
Lady: I would like to lose some weight, what do you do?
Me: I exercise.
Lady: I have 3 kids so can't exercise.
Me: I have 5 kids and still exercise.
Lady: My husband works so can't look after the kids.
Me: My husband works and so do I. I wake up an hour earlier to workout before the kids awake and before I go to work.
Lady: I can't wake up early.
Me: (((( still don't know what to say really ))))))
I mean, what was the bloody point of our conversation :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

STS for me yet again
I'm doing ok exercise-wise, but still need to keep an eye on my food - being a bit miserable at home makes it far too easy to 'graze'
