I am reporting a 2lb Loss this week thanks Fred :A

Matryoshka - I don't think the 30 day shred would be for you, think you would find it too easy after insanity TBH

Well done on your loss :T:T:T I doubt any workout will be as hard as Insanity :rotfl:

We have 2 votes for M v F for next month.

I've started the chart already but won't finish it until 10.30.

Matryoshka I've started the 30 day shred to try to get into a pattern of regular exercise and hope eventually to build up (albeit very slowly) to Insanity levels - I'm sure you'll find it far too easy after completing Insanity.

I reckon i'll wait untill i can walk properly first! I will crack it, i've never been able to hula hoop in my life so i think i should get one to be able to do it, even if that costs me a few quid!

    Hi Everyone,

Am I too late for the chart? I'm reporting a 2lb gain! Not too impressed, and I don't think that it's that accurate as I had lost 1lb by sun, so I would have had to have gone completely off the rails to put on 3lbs in 3 days - which I haven't. Oh well, I'm hoping it will even itself out and I'll get a good loss next week.

On the climbing front... I've done another 250 flights, which makes it 1264 flights, or 10533 ft. So, 795 ft to do tomorrow - 96 flights!

Are we doing another exercise challenge next month? What's next, lifting that plane, bike riding across Britain, swimming the English channel, jogging/walking somewhere?

And she's not kidding. Well done on the loss :T:T:T That's marvelous. I've never lost that much in a week :rotfl:

And well done on your fit-test result :T

Thank you. I've never lost 4lbs before either lol besides at the beginning of when I started losing. But for me to lose 4lbs at this stage is pretty cool. I have a feeling that i will probably not lose next week but we'll see. Just have to rethink my eating plan for April as I haven't been really strict past couple of days.

I saw your fit test results too, you've been doing great! And i see that you're still exercising at crazy hours :p

Congrats to Alliwant and Mandz for reaching the summit, one more day to go for those who are close to the summit (or for you to post your results on the thread).

I will post an updated chart tomorrow night to mark the close of the challenge, but as I said earlier I will be continuing into next month myself to complete the challenge and will update the chart weekly if others want to continue and pm me their results.

Sorry lolly it's taken me over an hour and a half to upload the charts and get the post on here - I've not had broadband for over a month now (grrrrrr at Pipex) so am using a dial up dongle so you missed the charts.

I'll add it onto the next charts ready.
