Hi all
been away for a few days staying with Mum as had hospital appointment on friday with CT scan. Looks like the cancer has reduced in some places:) but got worse in othersSo I'm not sure if I should be dancing round the room or sat in the corner crying again. The medication is definitely working or else she wouldn't have survived this long so Yay for that :T
Went for run today and despite stretching well before ended up with cramp in my calf during my 2nd 3min run which was not good so just carried on running through it but have to admit it is killing me now. I just hope it is recovered by tuesday in time for run 3/3.
Went shopping on Thursday pm for some new running trousers as my others kept falling down :rotfl: Also had to buy some new 3/4 length trousers as when I put my old ones on they fell straight to the floor. Have also treated myself to some new Skechers tone-up's trainers to wear when walking to and from work. They are suppose to be like the Reebok easy tone's but a little more durable as the Reebok one's are known to puncture apparently.
Matryoshka - Well done on completing your fitness test I still you are crazy  Body tests are good it gives you better idea of how you are doing. My muscle mass has stopped at present and I can't seem to get it moving but my body water is good :rotfl:
izames - Sorry about the Gain, know how you feel after mine this week too. But I have tried to put it behind me and move forward or else it can be too destructive and make you even more wobbly. I used to comfort eat but not knowing I did it. Now when I feel the urge I find things to do to take my mind off it and stay away from the kitchen when you feel that way. Even go outside and do something so there is no way you are near something to eat.

Eric - I have reacently had the peanut butter version of the Nature Valley bars are they are delishSuch a shame they don't sell them here. Unless you know of an american store in the UK that sells them that is? I also like the Apple one's but they seem to be in short supply too..... I think the maple syrup ones are too sweet for me now

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. Meal out on Friday night with a bottle of wine, meal out at Saturday lunchtime, with beer.... crisps and chocolate on Saturday night and a MIL meal (mother in law) meal last night. Weigh in tomorrow is going to be painful.0

Matryoshka - Always an eye opener when you get checked out like that! Grown an inch as well
always a bonus! It scares me when the fat percentage is worked out, because i can't stand flat i havent checked mine for 4 and a half weeks and haven't exercised, i hate to think what mine will be!
I admire your dedication to the regime.
I've been eating bucket loads, i'm just going to write this all time off. I can't wait to get back on it again, i am feeling like a new woman! JUST SOMEONE EMPLOY ME PLEASE!0 -
ah vix u'll be healed and back to work in no time hun - let yourself off the food and no exercise for now
Oh I love those nature valley bars - the honey ones are lovely. I think the almond ones are gross tho, which is odd cos i love almonds!
Debating whether to go for a run or not today - bit worried as there are loads of builders doing the roads by my flat and I dont want anyone to see me running! there is a small park nearby so i could just run around and around it I suppose, be ok so long as the kids are all in school and not on the swings!! but I really wanna start c25k properly I am itching to go, (alliwant is inspiring me!) just a bit embarrassed!
Sat and Sun were not the healthiest of days, but I dont mind as apparently everyone over indulges on their first 'S' days, after having a week of no snacks and no sweets. Back on it today - had a fairly big brekkie (2 eggs scrambled, 2 brown toast, flora light) so hopefully will only need something small for lunch.
also got OH to promise he'll take me to the step and tone class at my gym next week - bout time i used my membership a bit more!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

How often do you lot get your bodytest done? Is it expensive and where do you get it done? It's the first time ever I've done mine and can't wait till next year's Vitality Show to do it again :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:
