How much are they then Eric?
normally £2.40 for 6 bars, but there £1.19 :j which is amazing value
I have profiled my blood sugar on them and it does not go over 5.4 when I eat one which is great

Thought Id better update... Ive been to France. I thought my diet would go up the wall for the weekend (Im veggie and so I ended up eating at least 3 pizzas, pasta and I wont mention the gateaux and petit dejeuner (you can just imagine!)... BUT we did walk miles. I passed my driving test last week and so Ive been doing to the gym. I swim for 45 mins on a Monday, do a triple challenge aerobics class on a Tuesday and Aqua on Thursday. Ive lost over half a stone so far! Im trying not to deny myself the occasional treat as thats when I fall off the diet wagon . Have cut back on crisps, and only have a drink on the weekend. Im also trying to drink more water. So far, so good!:money: Saving money, saving the environment and saving space (aka decluttering) - my motto this year!0

nice £40 saving :T
Thank you for this. I first tasted the maple syrup & honey ones during the holland barretts promotion, and they were absolutely delish. Was upset i only got a few. So im gonna buy quite a few packs as I don't eat anything whilst at work so these would be a great snack.
Anyway, will not post in this thread again until wednesday so i really hope i get a good loss. I also need to finish Everest by next Thursday.
Fred, can you please update my Everest to 7000ft. Cheers.0 -
Hi Everyone,
Well I'm knackered now. Had a busy day anyway but managed to fit in 90 flights of stairs, a 30 min Your Shape workout, and burned 500 cals on the bike.
I've done 170 sets of stairs since I last logged in, so I'm now on 1014 sets, or 8450 ft.
2878 ft to go now... just under 70 sets a day. I'm not too far behind with things so I'm definitely going to finish by the end of the month - I did have my doubts at one point!
Good luck to all the other climbers! Looking forward to the party on the 31st! _party_ :dance:0 -

Hi all - I'm posting a 3lb gain this week
. I had a wobbly and scarfed down crisps and chocolate bars (ones way more full of sugar than cocoa) mid week. Although my cravings for carbs disappear with low carb eating, looks like I need to address the 'food as comfort' thing. And no, I didn't feel any better after eating them and now I'm just annoyed that I did it! Going to remember this, and next time I want to blow out, picture myself on the scales eating the carp and watching the numbers go up... and feeling even worse. Back on track again now.

Right!! Feedback!!
Went to the Vitality Show this morning and had a free healthcheck done :j
First off, I'm 5'4" (not 5'3" that I thought I was all these years :rotfl:)
Their scales put me as 10 stones 3Ibs (so I have 10Ibs to lose to hit target not the 7Ibs I thought) with a BMI of 24 which they said was healthy (overweight starts from 25 so I'm only just healthy
)
My Bodyfat was: 34.9% (she said this should come down)
My Body water was: 46.7% (because as the lady rightfully pointed out, I don't drink enough water)
My Body Muscle was: 61.4% (which she said the more bodyfat I lose, the higher this would become)
My blood pressure however, is very high so I was given lots of health adviceSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:
