Ah vix if I was you size I'd probably have that attitude too. When you know that you've got in excess of a couple of stones to lose then you might look at stopping all the treats etc. I still haven't found the motivation to get started. Been eating quite healthily but not as healthily as I should have done. Started another no smoking journey again. So having a few of the munchies too. But hey ho, keep plodding4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

i have one for breakfast with my protein shake and one with lunch where i use it instead of bread, i carry a couple in the car in case i am out late and need a snack0
