Wow you have been busy posting today,

Princess x - Glad you feel better but in the word's of your mum "I told you so!"

Vixarooni - I'm sure you will reach your 10 goal by the summer. How is the recuperation going ? Are you going to be off your feet for much longer ?

Fred - I have managed 60 sets of home stairs (to walk off the cupcake :o) and 8 sets of work stairs

I am going to have to take the rest of the cakes to work tomorrow or else I am going to spend the rest of the weekend up and down the stairs, or on the cross trainer

93 flights of stairs climbed today, which should take my total to date up to 7201' please :-)
(it also means that i'll need to do 38 flights every day for the rest of march in order to reach the summit, so no slacking!)

Did Body step class. Tried to count steps as I went but got a bit lost. Looked up on internet and average class is 5600 steps so approx 2800 feet done today I believe.

Me too ..... which is why I haven't been posting much. Too busy eating. Still trying to get my head in the right place to get back on track but I seem to have lost the map.

Maybe the map has updated itself and gone straight to satnav:rotfl::D
