    Hi everyone

Feeling really good this week. Ive finally got my dates for my residential stay for my physiotherapy to get my ankle sorted once and for all!:D

I'll be away for 2 weeks from 4th April to 15th April where I should be able to access high intensity physio to get me back on track.

This week I was able to drive the furthest I have managed so far since I hurt myself, so I am getting back to some sense of normality:)

I'm watching what I eat so hopefully I will see another loss on the scales this week.

Maybe the map has updated itself and gone straight to satnav:rotfl::D

The satnav person is saying 'turn around when possible' in an increasingly crosss voice. But I'm ignoring her.

57 flights of stairs climbed today, which should take my total to date up to 7671' please :-)
(it also means that i'll need to do 37 flights every day for the rest of march in order to reach the summit, so no slacking!)

    Hi Everyone,

Just logging my steps for the day. I've done 63 flights, which takes me to 711, or 5925 ft.
