I can't wait for mine to get smaller so I can get a sports bra that fits properly
They seem to think that very large busted ladies don't want to jump up and down or do jumping jacks
I hear ya freds. They don't make strappy tops for high busted busty ladies either! Does my t*ts in!!! So to speak.
Go to see the boob man at hospital on Tuesday, so once that's out the way, I'm all sorted to get into the swing of things.
Haven't been too bad this week. Had a couple of cheats, mainly a couple of bags of wotsitsHad lots of exercise on the kinect. But having 2 days off as my knee was starting to swell again, grrr. The other aches I could live with as I knew it was just part of exercising muscles I hadn't used for a while. But when the knee goes, there's nowt I can do but take it easy for a few days. Looks lovely with my knee cap pointing out to the wrong side, very sexeh!
I actually feel everything tighter now, and have put on a whole stone of the 4 I took off back on. Just wish Tuesday was out the way, and then get settled more in life. Get back to job hunting. 3 weeks off and I'm starting to get stir crazy4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Finished Day 8 of Insanity :j then went to the gym for aerobics (was 15mins late) so did 45 mins then joined the body tone class but only managed 15mins before I left as was tired
I've now refueled my body with food so good to goSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Thanks for the link but sadly they don't go high enough in sports bras either - but they have some very pretty normal bras which I may invest in0 -

A lot of people that have been on a plateau for quite a while (mostly when they're closer to goal) have gotten some great results in this, especially in inches lost and getting toned.
I hope you succeed in getting to goal. You certainly sound determined enough. I made a mistake of thinking that I wanted to be a size 12, so I bought lots of gorgeous size 12 tops. And I have to say it wasn't the smartest decision as some of the tops fit me just fine and others are loose and I'm not even that close to goal.:rotfl: So imagine when i do get to goal, the ones that fit fine now will be loose for me, and the ones that are loose for me now, will be very baggy haha. But i love all the tops so dont want to throw them.So obviously now i've changed my goal size to size 10.
Good luck!! I suppose i'm almost there, size 10 dresses (probably 90%) fit me perfectly, and i normally get a size 10 top, but its the bottom half i would like to get to a 10!! It's poop being a pear shape.
I bought somet things in the top shop sale in december that don't fit me now, its really annoying!! Still, at least its getting warmer so i don't have to look at the big jumpers for much longer0 -
Hi Folks, just popping to post my updates for this week. I'm very impressed with the Everest climbers, well done all! I'm going to have to bail out of the challenge as my ME/CFS has flared up again, so I am definitely on tea duty lol.
As for the weight loss side, I am posting a STS. I'm a little miffed with myself, but I reckon I've been overdoing the Splenda and not drinking enough water. We'll see what happens next week0 -
Are you in the correct size to begin with Fred?
Alliwant: About 2 and a half weeks to go!!!!!! I think i might celebrate that day!! (Trip to the london topshop will defo be on the cards!!)0 -

Which scale would you go for? :rotfl:There may not be a problem yet - I'll find out on Friday.
My husband brought these bathroom scales home yesterday. It's not new but nothing wrong with it. I always weigh myself on Fridays at the gym (and on no other day).
So, after stepping out of the bath this morning, starkers, I couldn't resist and stepped on the thing. Well, well, well, it put my weight as 9 stones 9Ibs (making me 2 pounds away from my target weight of 9½ )
I know last week was TOTM but I weighed in as 10stones 2Ibs on Friday and even with the hellish Insanity Workout .............. :rotfl:
So, I can either take the results from this very lovely scale (a dieters delight) or I'll weigh on it on Friday then go to the gym afterwards and weigh again :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:
