What is this Insanity everyone is talking about? I'm clearly behind the fitness trends, I still haven't done 30 Day Shred!
Im sooooo glad you asked, I was wondering the same thing :)

Insanity is a workout programme that lasts for 60 days. There are a variety of workouts, and there's a scheduled calendar which you follow. If you follow the right nutrition and stick to the full 60 day plan, you should get a yummy body. It's the hardest workout programme I've ever tried and i've tried the 30 Day Shred, P90X and TurboFire.

Here's the official link: Insanity Watch the video at the top. Gives you an idea.

Don't worry, I think me and Matryoshka are mad for trying to accomplish it, but I hope we both succeed.:rotfl:

EDIT: Looks like Matryoshka beat me to it. :p

It looks hardcore!!! Can't believe i would look that buff after 60 days! I'm tempted, just to get the t shirt haha

I am sooooooooooo going to be a size 10 come the summer. I've never been so determined. Plus all the clothes i've been buying for the summer are in size 10's or S's. So it has to happen, because i love the clothes more than i love most things. Thats the plan!

It is hardcore lol, but I'm determined to see it through to the end and I know i will get results. A lot of people that have been on a plateau for quite a while (mostly when they're closer to goal) have gotten some great results in this, especially in inches lost and getting toned.

I hope you succeed in getting to goal. You certainly sound determined enough. I made a mistake of thinking that I wanted to be a size 12, so I bought lots of gorgeous size 12 tops. And I have to say it wasn't the smartest decision as some of the tops fit me just fine and others are loose and I'm not even that close to goal.:rotfl: So imagine when i do get to goal, the ones that fit fine now will be loose for me, and the ones that are loose for me now, will be very baggy haha. But i love all the tops so dont want to throw them. :o So obviously now i've changed my goal size to size 10.

Nah, i haven't even looked at their plan though i know they do have one lol. But im sure it's what you'd expect: to eat enough, drink enough, the right kinds of food, a few meal recipes etc.

Weight loss is still very slooooow, but my swimming teacher this morning commented that my swimming cozzy is getting a bit loose around the middle. I need a new one, Tweka navy size 16, and a tankini top size 40D.

Next week he's going to start teaching me to do front crawl.

Well it sure is a superb accomplishment and you should be proud of yourself:D I hope you do the same tomorrow if not more:D

Hi Victory, I hope you are ok today, try not to worry too much about your 'friend'. Some people do the strangest things and are hard to fathom out

Well today was my day for the weekly aqua class that I do. Before it started I swam 6 lengths then the 45 minutes of aqua

After that I decided that I could try to do 32 lengths in one go! I have never swam that much before. It took me 1hr and 5 mins, but I did it! I decided today it was endurance rather than speed, or I would never have completed it.
