    Hey,

I was a +1lb :-( for last week.... we went away for the weekend and I kinda had a binge....

Hopefully my 20mile bike ride (I got lost) on friday afternoon will help with this weeks loss!

Was just naughty and stepped on the scales (just to see) and it said 10st 4lb! It might be just the time of day or my temperamental scales but that would mean I've lost 1lb and 4oz since yesterday:think:

Got the doctors tomorrow, expect I'll be weighed (on the proper scales) so we shall see what it says then! :undecided

Would be wonderful if its right though! :j
    Start Weight: 10st 8lbs
    Target Weight: 9st 4lbs (ish)

    Current Weight: 9st 13lbs 8oz
    Total Lost: 8lbs 8oz :j

Thanks for the link - I've ordered one to see how it goes - hopefully there will be lots of :j:j:j:j.

I've also learnt something about cup sizing tonight - that different stores have different sizes because some of them miss out some cup sizes

Why can't they make things simple :rotfl:

Your very welcome Fred :D you will have fun getting into it at first but with time it becomes easier. I managed to pick up the turquoise one the other week when debenhams had their 20% off :j

I have done 13 sets of work stairs and 41 sets of home stairs today thanks Fred :D

did our first outside walk yesterday (5 miles) since shutting down for winter, was able to get up all the hills that used to kill me pretty easily

not much to report, they shaved lumps out of my chest again, wired me up and got me running up a 16 degree slope at 4.5 mph until my heart rate was in the high 170s and i had to stop

the nurses wont comment on the results ....
