Hey,
I was a +1lb :-( for last week.... we went away for the weekend and I kinda had a binge....
Hopefully my 20mile bike ride (I got lost) on friday afternoon will help with this weeks loss!0 -

The sag aloo turned out disgusting but the chicken curry to go with it superb and the yog, cucumber and mint dip in sauce perfect, 2 out of three aint bad:rotfl::D0 -
Was just naughty and stepped on the scales (just to see) and it said 10st 4lb! It might be just the time of day or my temperamental scales but that would mean I've lost 1lb and 4oz since yesterday:think:
Got the doctors tomorrow, expect I'll be weighed (on the proper scales) so we shall see what it says then! :undecided
Would be wonderful if its right though! :jStart Weight: 10st 8lbs
Target Weight: 9st 4lbs (ish)
Current Weight: 9st 13lbs 8oz
Total Lost: 8lbs 8oz :j0 -
