posting a 3.0 lb loss this week0

Fred, a STS for me please
I keep thinking that one day I must have a big loss to post. I have upped my swimming to 32 lengths and have done this 4 days this week, but not lost even a part of a pound! However, I have lost an inch from my waist and hips, so winning there. Not Rachmaninov

I think I may have answered my own question. We're trying to eat from the fridge, freezer and cupboards for a month (except fresh fruit and veg) and as a result I seem to be very carb heavy. I've swapped all my usual juice and squash for water so it's not that. What does anyone else think?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
