Go to My Apps in the Market, tap the app in question and pick uninstall.

Its my daily request for help regarding the OSF. My usual e-mail account is plusnet. I only see orange mail on phone. Is there any way I can access my plus net account. Thanks

There are lots of email apps on the market, google i suspect will be your friend:
