crispyuk how did you book for a saturday night please. I can't find any availability
It looks like the only Saturday with any availability left is the 18th Nov (which clashes with the Naturist event unfortunately).

Is breakfast def included in the 9.99 offer? thanks,

lastminute.com are advertising this as a room only offer so it's unlikely breakfast is going to be included, although I think from posts earlier in the thread there are mixed messages from the hotel on this. Someone posted to say they had been quoted £10.95 per adult for breakfast, however I can't currently confirm this.

Ordered earlier on for £9.99 on 1st December (Fri. Nite) at the Alton Towers Hotel.

Need to confirm with O/H her plans etc, but can we still go to the water park if its part of the other hotel? Also, is there any more information about the guided tours anywhere as we will be around on the 2nd December.

Waterpark is available to guests of both hotels as are the bars and restaurants in each hotel. Waterpark has been open 10am - 8pm on Friday's during the open season, don't know if this will stay the same or change during closed season.

Don't have any more information about what the tours will entail, just going on the information posted on the official site, the park haven't sent anything further out on the PR newswire yet.
  • Have they charged anyone's card ? Mine has not been charged . I do not want to turn up and find out i have problems ( re: offer, facilities blah blah)
  • It states on the confirmation; * lastminute.com is acting as an agent for this hotel, you will be charged directly by the supplier - so I would read this as saying you will pay on check in direct to the hotel. You can cancel up to the day of arrival I think so this may be the reason you pay direct.
Many thanks to OP - I have booked 1/12 for one night.:T

And me ... we might even pass each other in the corridors!

Crispy - I know I have pressed your thanks button but I just wanted to post to say thankyou. Been a big help on this thread! lol. Need to find out when the OH is free first, then might start asking some more questions. :p

OK booked 2 nights from 5th Dec for my DD Bday.

Did someone mention using Tesco vouchers to buy the waterpark tickets?

Can anyone suggest things to see and do in the area?

It will be nice to see some other MSEers. :)
  • For the people who have already been.

If you stay for 1 night (say Friday night), when can you use the waterpark? Can you go on the Friday or Saturday, or both.

    Does anyone know check-in/out times?
