It seems Richard Keys has gone as well now, it seems he's resigned.
If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.0 :D
  • I have no interest in football or these two who've made their money out of it.

However, the whole thing is a PC witch hunt and illustrates the sad state of the country these days :(

I will defer to you as you obviously have a high degree of knowledge regarding this subject .
Your comment reveals an extraordinary endowment of general insight and wisdom.
With such indisputable talent and tact, have you considered becoming a professional diplomat?

How ironic that 70 posts in ,you only choose to " debate" a poster who posts a facile and juvenile response, like the two protagonists in question.

    Gotcha.

With that degree of tact diplomacy insight and wisdom,I would be better suited as a sky commentator, dontcha think?

You elicited my response by your unnecessary and somewhat offensive comment .
I note that you are aware of your shortcomings and I will therefore forgive you.
I look forward to your commentaries on Sky Sports . Go easy on the linesmen.

The monumental hypocrisy- you didn't like someone calling you dim- but in your OP you say others should be able to state their views without fear of censure.

So my comments are offensive but the commentators aren't-let me just remind you of your original post:

Is it really so offensive for Andy Gray and Richard Keys to state their views about the female assistant ref. at the Liverpool / Wolves game.
Can people no longer say what they think ?

People can say what they think,I apparently did too, but YOU found THAT "offensive".

My wife said she prefers the coverage on ESPN because the summerisers tend to be of a better class...

She did also say that she'd love to 'weigh into' Jamie Redknapp, whatever that means.

She then made some weird comment about spending a day participating in equestrian activities with him....'Ride him like a pony' again no idea whats she is on about....couldnt hear her properly over the noise of the washing machine!

One day some company will do what they say they will do and charge a fair charge.:T

Not doing the opposite of that which they promise and charge you a fortune for the privileged. :(

    Or maybe not:mad:
