I've not really taken anything vitamin wise, instead I've upped the amount of veg I eat. We now eat 3-4 different veg a day and have a HM smoothie every morning containing 3-4 different fruits. I think they push the vitamins on us due to the "chuck it in the oven" culture of convenience food. I did start to take iron supplements at one point, but then had some symptoms of taking too much so stopped and they've always said my iron levels are fineDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Happy Friday folks!
I bought two lots of vitamins to try- boots folic acid & vit D mix and pregnacare original. I alternated between the two types, taking one tablet a day until about 13 or 14 weeks. I found that too much pregnacare gave me nasty iron overload symptoms which is why I didn't want them everyday. I've been neglecting the vitamins more recently, though think I will get back on vit D once winter gets closer and I'm getting less from the sun!
Have a nice weekend all. I've got almost no plans, a little holiday shopping (sun cream etc) and some jobs around the house. Want to get on top of housework and clutter so that when we're ready to prepare for baby there's not a mountain of mess to sort out first!fran-o0 -

completely normal, but hot showers work wonders.

I also put my card in the ATM, tapped in to have £20 and forgot to take the money. I've lost the car several times in the various car parks. Frequently burning toast because I forget about it....erm I'm sure there are othersDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:
