I liked the bugaboo, but I think we're going for the Silver Cross All Terrain as it turns into a 3 wheeler :)

They're all pretty similar, I think as long as you choose what's right for you, then you can't really go wrong! My brother's got a Silver Cross and I hate it, it feels like pushing a bus, but they're happy with it and they're the ones who have to use it 90% of the time. They'd probably think that ours is too flighty as it turns on a sixpence! :)

Amy can't remember if i said before but glad everything is ok :j

I've got my heart set on the babystyle Oyster too! although a purple colour pack as it's my favourite colour lol it's mainly cos we have a little yaris, otherwise i don't know how i'd choose!

well after all your bragging about holidays I've caved and booked a weekend away this weekend :D only two nights in Dolgellau but i'm really looking forward to it, Wales is my favourite place and i've been desperate for a break all summer

ooh and I felt definite kicks last night :j I did a big sneeze and got three massive thuds in return. so whilst i feel bad for disturbing baby, i'm also resisting the urge to sniff pepper as they've been soft kicks since lol

if anyone wants knitting/crochet patterns ravelry.com has lots and lots of free ones of varying difficulty. I'm going to give a hooded blanket a go once i've remembered to go buy wool, although i've got like a thousand half balls from other projects still! lol

Since i've started feeling kicks rather than movemens i'm feeling much more happy and confident about this pregnancy. I just hope that the anamoly scan in 2 weeks will show that everything is hunky dory and I can really relax into and enjoy this wonderful time :)

Hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend! I'm jealous of the crafty people too!

I've had a letter saying that the results of my blood test 10 ish days ago shows low risk of Down's but I guess that's not conclusive is it? I'm concerned because I'm 38 (but not worrying too much!)

My jeans were way too tight this weekend, I did the hair bobble trick which helped but will need to buy some more comfortable clothes soon. Looked at mama & papas website and was adding things to basket but when I got to £70 I closed the web page to remove temptation. The money-saving instinct is too ingrained in me now!

I felt some "flutters" while lying in bed, it could be movement!

Threw up on Sat night so that was fun, it used to be because of too many vodkas in a club but that is a distant memory now!

Great news that your scan went well Calien! :)

So lovely for the ladies feeling movement and kicks! I'm jealous! :)

Midwife appointment went well, this midwife was nicer than the one I had my first contact meeting with. :) Heard baby's heartbeat after a bit of a root around since s/he was hiding, was lovely! :)

Hi ladies, I've been AWOL recently. I'm working alot of nights lately but my morning sickness has come back with a vengeance! I am 17 weeks tomorrow and feel worse than ever.
I'm being treated for a UTI too, I don't have any urinary symptoms but maybe thats why I'm feeling rubbish?

I haven't felt any movement yet but have been listening with my doppler and the baby seems quite active, it's lovely to hear the heartbeat and it's thumps/kicks :)

I hope everyone is ok. I haven't read the posts I've missed yet.

Forgot to ask when did everyone get their bumps? This is my first and you can't tell I'm pregnant yet, I just look a little bit bloated. Sometimes, my lower abdomen goes hard, with a small bulge but then it disappears as quickly as it came. Is this the baby moving position?

Faerie - I got my bump last week, I suddenly popped! I've been told it's the 20w pop :) I'm normally a small size 8 and have been able to fit into my normal clothes still, although my fave jeans I leave the top button undone.
