That seat is awesome. My mum has it in a different design and it's super lovely to sit in. In fact her sofa of the same variety is the comfiest couch ever, so if you got the sofa too and find yourself having an all night cluster feed, it'l be a godsend!

 Hello all - hope you had good weekends!

My goodness....where did the time go? I guess I have to move to the impending birth thread now - I'm 24 weeks today *gulp* - makes it all so real (and serious!).

Thank you for all the help, advice and support you guys have given me....and look forward to seeing you on the "countdown" list *gulp*! x
  • Yeah we've got the corner sofa so can sprawl out on that too! And the foot stool which is big enough to double up as a chair when we have guests and run out of seats.

Good luck dida, see you in a few weeks!

Oo Sparkles your chair looks so comfy! Our nurserys not going to be huge so couldnt fit one of those, but Ive got a recliner chair Im planning to use..I want a huge one like yours though!

Ihatedida - im 24 weeks tomorrow, so see you then, lol.. cant believe another 2 weeks to 3rd trimester! Hoping time goes quickly after that..

Ive been dreaming prams now, been looking at them so much, tried out the bugaboo bee at the weekend and its down to the Babyjogger City GT (v. light, handles beautifully, folds in 1 sec flat, but not very nice to look at, the grey 'shadow' colour depresses me and the carry cot is uuuuglee!) vs the iCandy joggers (so purty!! I love the bright colours, just how baby stuff should be, and the frame looks very cool)

Once I try out the iCandy, I'll choose - will it be form over function?? (I am quite shallow about 'things' and like them to look nice)
We got rid of the kids. The cat was allergic. ;)

  • Oh no Dida! Just as I finally make it to this thread, you are going again! :rotfl:

And MrsJ hot on your heels!

I'm 13+4 today, and sooooo hungry all the time. I'm going to be the size of a bungalow at this rate!

Told HR today (although they already knew), so thats that really for now. Got a few more appointments coming up for various things, but nothing much now for a while.

Chocolate and cake is a food group all of its own when you're pregnant and a mammy!! :rotfl: Although I reckon you could try harder!! I mean eating fruit at the same time, whats all that about?! :p:p
  • I'm here for three more weeks MV, so you won't be alone here! :)

I'm still getting headaches and dreading the blood test tomorrow, I can't remember if she said I had to stop eating early evening or midnight! NHS says 8-10 hours so guess I'll have something before bed and then stick to water.
