Glad that you had a lovely scan today helen. If we don't focus on it, the next 2 weeks will fly past. My cousin pointed out earlier this week that its only 9 weeks till Christmas so the year is flying now!

It's getting interesting trying to hide bump at work - my very immediate team know as needed them to in case something went wrong again early on, and because I've not done any moving and handling since my BFP (on advice from my mw)... the other staff believe I had a back injury and I'd like to keep it that way as long as possible as there've been a number of staffing changes recently and we're just stabilising things again. But I no longer fit into my usual work uniform :( it's just black trousers and white/black tops - gonna raid DH's wardrobe this evening to see if he's some shirts I could get away with for a couple weeks lol

QueenB, hope that you tummy settles and you have a good night tonight

lazywife, hope that you get to Granny before anyone else does!

chonorla - have a good rest this evening; that intense concentration of reading all day can be draining!

Hope everyone else is well and had a good day xx

ooh, helen, really hope that the next few days fly for you, though they'll likely feel as though they're dragging. Hopefully your little ones will keep you busy x still holding thumbs x

helen4891 - yes that's what we said too. My youngest was 3 last weekend and we have sold everything pram, cot bed - the lot. We were quite sure our family was complete. But that broodiness kept coming back and I am not getting any younger (36). We made a decision and here we are :)

Saffagal - I have started my masters and think I underestimated the amount of reading you need to do! Have done nothing this evening and now off for an early night!

Sleep well ladies and look after yourselves xxxxx

last night i didnt sleep to good. i think i scared my partner though lol. i was drifting off to sleep and i was thinking about what they did. and the moment when it really hurt me, i jumped, my whole body felt like it lifted off the bed.

feeling ok today apart from the stabbing pains i keep getting in my stomach.
trying to take it easy today, but im rather bored..

chonorla , im the same, ive got to start again, as i got rid of everything aswell as 2 children was my limit, but this one came as a surprise, my yougest is 3 in jan. x

    I've been Money Tipped!
Ooooh don't like the idea of it hurting Helen.

Finally told Granny last night and OH's grandparents will be this weekend, then if there is a general outpouring on FB it won't matter.

Lots of carrying and moving stuff in work today, so they wouldn't let me help... could get used to this pregnancy stuff.

chonorla is your sickness getting any better yet?
  • i got the call about 5 last night from the hospital and

lazywife - sadly still feel sick 24 hours a day and am sick about 5-10 times a day which is a massive improvement on what I was like. Still taking the medication so am not sure if I would still be like I was without it??? But am certainly not ready to find out yet!!!!! I can't shop or go anywhere that has a "smell" of any sort or that is instant sickness :o Not great in public!!!

I am 16 weeks today so I have to look at the fact that it will all be over in 24 weeks at the most. I am being induced early due to having large babies and very quick labours - so it may be over even sooner!!! :T

Thanks for asking though - bet you wish you hadn't though .....
This is definitely my last baby!!!!!

Hope everyone else is blooming and feeling great! (Shame I cant join you :rotfl:) xxx
