Hi all
Seeing the midwife for 2nd time this afternoon. Must think about leaving work soon :j
Hayfever is starting to feel better. My mum uses a cold defence spray (which is suitable when pregnant) and suggested that it may help to clear my nose (with added vaseline at the end of my nostrils). Had my first, undisturbed full night's sleep in ages.
Hope everyone's wellLittle man arrived 13 Dec 20120 -
Just thought I would let you know that Mothercare have got a half price sale on in store and online, with free home delivery online and an extra 10% off if you spend more than £100. I normally wouldn't give them a second glance as I think their clothes are dreadfully overpriced, but I've just ordered a few bits to put away that were good value at half price. xI have had many Light Bulb Moments. Just popped in to update everyone.
After a shaky start to my pregnancy with 2 bleeds early on, had my 20wk scan yesterday. With already having two little girls 6 and 7 only 51 wks apart in age. Was hoping for a little boy but convinced it was another little girl.
Was so pleased when the sonagrapher said its a little boy, I nearly cried but managed to keep it together and left with a grin from ear to ear and have been on cloud 9 nine since :0)0 -

Hi All
Hope its ok to join in, Im 20 weeks on wednesday.
Another vote for feeling shattered still, but I am definatley mad , I cant help but giggle when I feel little one move - which is worrying as I manage a rehab so my job is somewhat serious. I think it puts the residents off when the manager is sat at her desk giggling inanely clutching her stomach :-) :-)
I havent got my scan until the 2nd of august which feels a little late - has anyone else heard of this?
Anyway just wishing all the best in health, and fluttery tummies :-)"I havent failed, Ive found 10,000 ways that dont work" Thomas Edison

Welcome Euri I also giggle when she kicks. Was on the bus on Saturday night and sat giggling to myself. Thankfully most the other people on the bus were drunk so it didn't look too weird

Bumping this thread, it needs some love!!
sorry, have only just starting to feel human again. coming up to six months next week, got midwife appointment, had various runs in with hospitals which has been stressing me out soo much, and being really angry with them. Discovered we are having a boy:), OH and I were not fussed with what we were going to have but I am secretly pleased it is a boy, considering we lost my father in law soon after us finding out. Baby and I had a discussion regarding names and he agreed with one :rotfl:(namely a bick massive kick!) particular name but we are waiting till he is here to see if it suits him, family taking bets to see if he will have ginger hair!:p
