Thanks ladies.
15+4 today so still a way to go yet with baby's growth. Not been so bad this morning (thankfully) - I think the rain is playing a part.
Friends have recommended local honey or apple/ginger whizzed-up mix (apparently ginger is a natural anti-histamine according to a friend) so might pop into town later so get a few bits to try out.Little man arrived 13 Dec 20120 -
Local honey is good but don't get it from the supermarket because all the good stuff will be taken out of it.
If you can get it from a local beekeeper it will have all the good stuff and will help build up an immunity to the local pollen.
P.s. Don't feed honey to children under 1.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

Hi
I am joining you to, had my scan on Tuesday and I was 12 + 3 with edd 29/12/12, been working late tonight and just had a pasta cup a soup with toast, yummmm. this is our first baby and at the age of 40 has come of a bit of a shock to me as I had ongoing fertiltiy problems and was just about to make the phone call for the treatment!:D
Been a bitter sweet moment as my father in law passed away two weeks ago,but we took the decision to tell him a few weeks before that, so he went knowing that this was happening, my own father died when I was 16 so have grown up with this. Roll on 13/8 for my 20 week scan.:)0 -
I'm so excited, we had ordered my little girl a new bed, she was in a toddler bed so we have got her a proper bed with storage underneath, we will need all the space we need as the baby will be sharing with her eventually. Well it came yesterday and its all up and we have moved her room around we just need to get the cot out of the attic and we are sorted :j
She hasn't seen it yet as we went out last night to see jimmy carr, so she was at my mums. I'll be picking her up soon and we aren't going to tell her and just wait till she sees it. She is going to be really excited about getting her "big girl" bed.Mummy to Isabella - March 2008 and Daisie - September 2012:A - November 2011 (mc)0 -
I don't post very often as I'm probably the only person who is just as tired now as the first trimester so no time/energy but I keep up with all 3 threads too
Just wanted to say... Welcome to the newbies:T:jBaby girl born 3rd October 2012:j0 -

I'm so glad you 'said' that! I keep thinking I'm the only one who's still as tired as 4 months ago! I have absolutely no energy, I get home from work, cook dinner, eat it and go to bed. That's all I can manage most daysI keep up with the threads during lunchtime and breaks and catch up with chores and studying over the weekend. Who said being pregnant was all about resting?? Yes, I know I should...
