One of my friends in the US has just had her baby, and she said that she used to wear horizontal stripes in her late pregnancy as she said it was cool to watch how the stripes distorted when the baby kicked. :)

I had a stripey top on last night. My friend was round and suddenly yelped and pointed at my side! She said my stripes had moved :D

I wore my favourite stripy dress a lot last time. Think it was because I liked looking like a snake which had eaten too much (black and white stripes) :D

They've got a lush black and white stripey dress in New Look at the moment. Problem is they didn't have my size and it's about a foot too long for me!

I bought a really nice striped maxi dress in fat face the other day. Will see if I can post a link to it for you.

It's really comfy cos it's completely jersey and hopefully will stretch for quite a while yet. I could even get away with wearing it for work.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

lol u mad woman - i got mine in the asda baby events packs of 12 for £5

just be careful because i found they were ok for my daughter but some other brands really irritated her skin and you dont want to be stuck with 70 unusable packs cos your baby is sensitive - she can use pamapers sensitive ok but no other pampers or johnsons - just these and huggies pure
love you lots like jelly tots :o

How can the size of your bump mean anything? I watch OBEM and you see some whoppers on there, plus some teeny little ones. I'm getting really freaked about the size of mine. I've only had it charted once (at 27 wks) and it was 10th percentile, i.e. quite little. Now I keep thinking my baby's not growing properly. But then I think how on earth can you tell just from the bump size? Am I worrying unnecessarily? :(

I wouldn't worry too much about bump size unless the midwife is concerned. I had what I call a stealth bump, at 36ish weeks someone asked if it was true I'd had a baby since she saw me last! And I ended up with a sizable baby.

I like the idea of a stealth bump Aimless. Don't think that is going to happen with me though as I already have a small bump at 16+4. I suppose there is a chance that it may not get much bigger, but I doubt it would go unnoticed as I used to wear tight tops pre-pregnancy.
