apparently craving for sweets means youre having a girl!!

Hi Anderson - I know, that's why I was surprised when it was a boy! However I have always had a sweet tooth so kind of thought it may be amplified now...

Sequeena hope scan goes ok today and that you can sleep better soon - have you tried having a pillow? I have one on my right hand side and have my leg over it, I find it helps a bit. Just hate that it's in between OH and I but it seems to help.

    Have a nice monday all!

Morning all. Well i'm feeling a bit bleugh today. Nothing seems to be happening, i don't seem to be getting a bump hardly at all and i'm over 15 weeks now. I'm so scared that something is wrong. I'm looking forward to seeing the midwife next week where i'm hoping to ask quite a few questions. I'm trying not to worry, but it seems like it's an uphill struggle, first the decision to put me under consultant care, then the nt scan results, i'm just starting to wonder if this is all such a good idea. Maybe i'm not supposed to be a mum. I just feel a bit lonely at the moment. Anyone else ever felt a bit like even though all these people are involving themselves in your life that actually you are just on your own?

Sorry guys i'm just feeling sorry for myself i guess and needed to get it out. I hope Sequeenas and Andersons scans go well. x

Hi ecoelle sorry you are feeling down - I still only just about have a bump and I am 21 weeks! It all depends on the person and I am sure everything is fine. Hubby and I went through the worry stages of bump too, at around 15 weeks. In fact he made me more worried by bringing it up!
I know what you mean about everyone being involved but not really, the truth is we are in this on our own, they're there like supportive hands carrying us along until birth. I do feel it's all a bit disjointed - I won't go back to the hospital now until birth I imagine, so have to deal with local midwife who so far has been useless... my mum is in another country and have only 1 brother close, who is not all that mature really so as of yet not loads and loads of interest in my pregnancy.
We all feel this sometimes, you are not alone in that for sure, we're all here for you so talk all you need and we can all feel better chatting amongst ourselves!

Anderson - 2 hours to go for you and counting! You are very good to not ask about what team they're on - I left it to the last minute then asked, as knew our chance would be gone after that!

    Hi Ecoelle and <<<HUGS>>>

Sorry you're feeling down. I'm not sure what I can say except that I'm sure most people have times through pregnancy when they feel anxious about things. Its all perfectly normal I'm sure. My sister called me this morning. She's only 7 weeks pg and is soooo poorly with MS that she said she can't enjoy being pregnant at all. Its understandable.

I'm 17+3 today and I don't have a proper bump just look really fat (which I have done for the last month or so :o). xx

Ecoelle- dont worry, its true we are effectively in it on our own, no matter how good the support around you, its your pregnancy and your baby. i find i think too much now that im pregnant, a lot of it is to do with your hormones.

Sparkle- im sooooo excited for my scan!! although in truth im very very nervous as well, just hope everythings ok!!

Afternoon all - good luck for your scans today Anderson & Sequeena!

Im mega excited for mine tomorrow but feeling quite panicky about it as well, just feeling like my pregnancy has perhaps been a little bit too easy so far, especially after seeing the worries that others have had.

I've only just got a bump at nearly 21 weeks - it strangely looks a lot more pronounced in the night than in the day (hoping that has nothing to do with all the food Im putting away)

Hi everyone, sorry I've not posted much.

It's scan o clock this week! Good luck for all the scans. I'm very jealous! It looks like a very blue camp so far so let's see who the first pinky is?

Absolutely nothing to report here. I don't feel pregnant but certainly look a chunk. I may have felt the baby a little but I'm not sure.

My dreams have been vivid but I understand that's another preg symptom. I keep trying to eat well but I'm definitely drawn towards the junk! Thank goodness for the vitamins!
