Fingers crossed it doesn't have it's legs crossed. :rotfl:I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Apricot I am finding the same thing lol everyone is saying its a boy! No matter what I say they say its going to be a boy. Before the scan I was told "ooh if it wont let you see it will be a girl! they like to cover themselves!" After scan and baby had curled up.. "ooh its going to be a boy!" Just cant win with these people
lol
Does anyone have a Jane Slalom reverse pushchair? Im looking at it now and it seems nice. an all terrain pushchair which is good, reversible seat too. Ticks boxes lol but wondered what people think of it:j0 -

Yes I do work horrible hours sometimes but 6 shifts on and 4 days off make up for it. Last night shift tonight.
In the post yesterday - got to have another blood test - serum Iron? Assuming my iron levels are low - would explain me being tired all the time.
Good news though I've got my 20 week scan date - 26th April. So looking forward to that. Don't mind if I'm team blue or pink - got one of each already... daughter wants me to have a boy so she stays the only girl. Purely for her own reasons lol.
Roll on 7am - have 4 days off then.
Anderson8 - the 20 week scan is much more in depth than the first scan so maybe you will get a peek and spot if its blue or pink...:A :A :A :A :A :A

Is anyone else having problems sleeping due to heartburn?
I'm completely fine all day but as soon as I lie down to go to sleep it hits me & despite frantically swigging Gaviscon from the bottle it won't go away until morning.
I really can't understand it & it's getting me down now.
I've got so many appointments this week & I need to be awake and functioning.
If anyone has any tips i'd be eternally grateful. :AI'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Morning ladies!
Apricot hope you feel more rested now and relaxed, work sucks at th ebest of times let alone if you are knackered...! Good luck for the scan, and also to BCS- hope they cooperate for you and don't act coy!
Supermaiden sorry don't know anything about that pushchair - can you Google some reviews?
BCS sorry you are suffering with indigestion - are you eating just before bed? Maybe having something like milk and a banana will help calm things and make sure you are not hungry? Apart from that, could it be if you are having too much of the Gaviscon it's having an adverse effect? I have always heard overall that milk helps but hope you feel better soon.
Angel11 - top up with some spinach and lentils - you can add lentils to spag bol, chilli con carne etc - hopefully will help your iron levels alongside the tests they do.
I did 3 sets of bloods yesterday for thyroid tests, I always take medication anyway and now they just want to see if I need the levels increasing.:):)

Hi, just butting in from the less than 12 weeks threadI used to get terrible heartburn at night when I was pregnant with my son, and it didn't matter what I ate, or what time I ate. My GP gave me a good tip, and that was to put a couple of large books or phone directories under my mattress to elevate me slightly. It eased it a bit for me so might be worth a try xxx

Welcome Portsmothali, that's a good idea, maybe the acid is coming back up sort of thing when laying flat.
Been buying microfibre mop and cloths from Lakeland - think the nesting is kicking in!
Still loving soft winegums, must not buy more when this pack ends...:):)
