Ah thanks Kym Wow there are alot of Boys!! When i had DD3, there was a group of 8 of us ladies all due within 12 weeks, and we all had girls!
Really hope its good news at your next scan Mishka. What day do you have to go back? Will be thinking of you xxx

I am 12 weeks today. Got my scan tomorrow and am an emotional wreck. I have had a mmc previously and am crossing everything that junior is ok

Hi Twigpig!!

I'm due the 4th Feb, so was thinking of taking last 2 weeks of Jan as normal leave, and starting my maternity leave beginning of Feb, returning beginning of August.

That's the plan so far. My company does first 13 weeks full pay, then its statutory pay after that. So I need to budget for 3 months maternity pay.

Our dmp should come to an end in March, so we'll have some more money, but it just means, from now till then, we can't save loads each month, but from next month, we're just going to put away what we can.

Plus we're moving to a 2 bedroom place to rent from the 1st as we are only in a tiny 1 bedroom right now. So our rents going up. But we're just going to have to buy one thing a month, and save save save!

I cant believe you are planning on working until so near your due date! When i had DD1 and DD2, i started mine as soon as i was allowed! Although did have to go back when DD1 was just 6 weeks old I am very fortunate now to be a SAHM so dont have to worry about all that now.
