All is well here in Camp BM. Finally managed to get hold of my bestie who's due #2 in Sept - she was v excited for us! So the news is out there properly now! Hooray!

OH reckons we've got some romance planned for this coming weekend - we'll see.... :p

I went back to the gym tonight after 8 weeks off! It was hard, but felt good. Going swimming after work tomorrow - can't wait to get back into it. And god knows I need to. I'm not that vain, but I feel so unfit, so looking forward to trying to improve that a little and the motivation is that I hear being fitter can help with an 'easier' pregnancy - again - we'll see....

WW - So cool you've got a little bump, mine is deffo just blubber still. Saw you on my other thread about Xmas babies - we can send each other labour vibes around 10th Dec :)

Pigpen - did you disclose the sex on here? Think I missed it if you did...

JenJade - we're not finding out the sex! Like the idea of the surprise at the end of the hard work! Sorry to hear you're still feeling sicky - and I hear you about the jackets - we lived off of them for what felt like weeks a little while back when my MS was peaking.

RWB - congrats on your wedding

Hello newbies and anyone else I've missed off.

No, I have not told anyone the sex ;) Though i referred to the baby as 'miss naughty baby' on the main thread and someone mistook that for the unhatched one when I was in fact meaning the one with the abiity to wake me up a dozen times a night! lol

I'd been told a month and a half ago that my blood results showed a low platelet count- less than 80. The consultant advised I be referred to a haematologist, and gave me a letter for my surgery. Just phoned them to see when the appointment was- and they know nothing and haven't organised a referral. The midwife dept at the hospital say they did ask for one. The surgery is now trying to organise an appointment for me.
Just worried as it's first pregnancy, and I'm worried about it affecting Hitchhiker- and Googling is proving both good and a curse!

I've just realised i've been lurking on the wrong thread!!! am 12week + 3 now. Am tired ALL the time. Have already had 1 scan, have another on Monday (medical issue - with me, not the baby but they want to check) Have a serious headache for past two days that just WILL NOT bog off!!! and was terrible sick at work yesterday (in front of clients) and out of my nose (sorry for people eating but it was amusing!)

    Hope your all ok x

Glitter - I'm continuing to take Sanatogen mother to be which was my folic acid but mainly just because it's a multi-vit anyway. I was told at the 12 week scan not to bother taking it anymore but I felt that was a bit early!
