  • Is anyone else getting headaches? I've been drinking plenty, I can't work put why! They're niggly rather than intense pain.

I've been getting headaches too for the past 2 weeks. It started with a hrrible head cold and blocked sinuses, but since that left the headache has remained. It mainly comes on in the afternoon and have been reluctantly taking paracetamol. I might see if I can get a 4head stick when I go shopping today.

Not much to report from me, I went back to my GPs yesterday and I am on another 2 weeks of mornings only at work, which my boss took quite well. I thought he would be stroppy with me again.

I also managed to get a maternity tour with the other of our local hospitals so that we can make a decision about which one we want to use.

14 weeks tomorrow and bump is starting to properly show. I've been in maternity gear since about 8 weeks but mainly just looked a bit porky until this week :D A girl I work with is 6 weeks ahead of me and is barely showing, I'm putting it down to the fact that she is fit and actually has stomach muscles, something I've never had :o

A friend at work whose daughter is pg, brought in her scan pictures and told me all about the scan that they had. She went to a different local hospital to me and got very clear scan pictures. She said the sonographer was lovely and showed them the spine, counted the fingers and toes etc. My pictures are blurry and the sonographer was miserable, she basically said 'there's the head, the arms, the legs, it's fine' in a sullen voice. So even though we've got our 20 week scan date I'm thinking of changing to the other hospital.

is a kitten a girl and a puppy a boy? Just checking?

Is anyone not finding out? I dont want to know but the babies daddy does.. umm what to do?? I think it would be handy to know to buy clothes etc. but i sort of want a suprise. I also want a 3D scan so i might see on that scan accidently anyway?

I am stil feeling sick and struggling with food. the portions i am eating are so small. i can eat half a jacket pototoe with cheese and 1/4 tin beans. i bought a microwaveable shepherds pie and ate less then half and i feel so tired all the time probably from lack of food... But what can i do. my gagging reflex is also very strong so eating is a stuggle and the smell of food makes me feel very sick. Everything i am eating is very bland! I am 13 weeks today! Yeah

I have booked the doctors for Weds to look at my varicous veins and may complain about my sick feeling etc

How is everyone else feeling? I bought some baby bits today :-)

Kittens are cute.. puppies are vile.. I don't like dogs.

I didn't want to know and I REALLY REALLY wish I hadn't asked OH if he wanted to know now.. should, by some horrible unfortunate circumstance, we ever have another we won't be finding out.. thogh it might be a miracle as I am NEVER having sex again!

I feel fat and miserable and fat and in pain and fat and frumpy and fat and hurty and fat and horrible.. and fat...

Did I mention I feel fat?
My back is agony, I have to wake up to turn over in bed and I am not a happy chicken!
