Well today is going well so far.
Finished work this morning, had a few hours kip then got up and went to the gym.
Managed to jog/run (mainly jog) for a full 30 mins without stopping!! Cant believe it :D
Also started the protein shakes so having two a day and a 'proper meal', fruit for snacks etc.
Had 1L water so far, I wonder if drinking diluting juice is as effective? Find it hard to drink water. Craving tea and diet coke but have to cut back the caffeine.
Body brushing continues, nivea lotion started...
My Dad has put the wallpaper up, I love it. Just have to repaint a bit of wall and get my accessories. No good with that kinda thing so will have to get googling.
Back on nightshift tomorrow and Wed so quiet night tonight.

ACE news:j Well done and good luck for part 2 :)

LHG - Good luck with myfitnesspal, it's great especially on those days you cant be bothered :)
  • yes it's really good! A good bonus this week though is that I am walking my mum's dogs twice a day so had a little thrilled chuckle when I realised I could put that in as exercise! It has also shown me my food consumption broken down by group and I hadn't realised how fatty my diet was, even though it's low in saturated fat (from WW days!). something to think about at least!

Zumba tonight so that will be good to add. I have done points tracking on WW before but it's nice that I can just shove in my phone (which is new so it's still a novelty!!)

diluting some juice is fine for your water intake btw :) and sounds like everything is storming along! :T

PS congrats Souk and good luck with round 2! :j

Diet Coke Citrus is my weakness. Hope you catch some sun in between those nightshifts!

  • Internet dating is fun :) and is a great way to meet new people especially if you make sure that you are meeting in a public place, that you do not give out your address or home telephone number until you feel sure as to who they are.....I have made a couple of friends that I am in touch with still after meeting them 11 years ago....one there was an incredible spark just the timing was wrong and the other was going through an horrendous divorce which I did not want to get dragged into, but on the whole great people and really good friends. Think that the weirdo's are a minority and I always looked on it that I was a decent person and thought that there must be other people just like me :).

In the end I found my OH on facebook, granted he was an ex boyfriend from way, way, way back but we are really happy and I know other people that have found their other arfs through it too. :)

Hmmm well internet dating has worked for me in the past but I think I want to just try meet someone out and about. I'm probably not making much sense...

Well nightshifts finished til next week

    YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

Bedroom coming along, my Dad has said he will give me £200 towards the new flooring :), I wont get anything for my birthday later in the year though...think I can accept that! Means I can get carpet in the main bedroom fitted then just have to find cash for the living room and spare room.

Diet is okay-ish, staying in calories but eating trash. I find it so hard to eat well when in work. Will make up for it on my days off and be extra healthy :).

Body brushing and cream still being done, no visible difference (wouldn't expect it yet) but skin feels lovely.

    Tired
