    if its a large claim they are checked - thee timscale is 6 weeks - but is taking longer - there is no further timescale to process after the initial one

    so whats a large claim classed as, i've been waiting nearly 14 weeks, and we just get the childcare and i presume the minimum on top about £80 a week, i dont think thats large compared to some of the amounts i've seen on here.

    you've got 60 days after the claim has ended which will be after 31/7/ anyhow.......

    dont know bobs - but quite a few grand per year - maybe £4/5000 upwards to the over £20k claims :-)

    if someone has not renewed tax credits by general deadline 31/7 then the claims begin to stop and shut down the next week slowly but very surely ie from tomorrow - however u can call in and still renew and therefore reinstae the claim for up to 60 days after they stop :A:T = no current tax year overpayments due to this happening - hurrah

    but most of us on here have already renewed and the tax credits have our figures, its us waiting on them!!
