i havent had anything from the compliance team but after reading things on here i'm starting to think i might hear from them soon and thats why i'm being lead round the houses. The problem is when you call it feels like they can see or know something i dont!!0

What cheek only giving you 3 days when they can't sort things out in 3 months! It really does depend who you get through to on the helpline. The people I have spoke to are generally ok but when I asked once to speak to the complaints manager I was put through to a team leader who was vile who really made a bad situation worse. I spoke to him one Friday and he said he'd call me back the following Monday. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting which is why I ended up writing a letter of complaint. I read on the website the sometimes offer compensation where there has been an unreasonable delay which has caused upset. I imagine there's no chance of that considering the amount of people that will apply to.0

yeah me too, i heard a story at the school gates a lady had received a compliance letter, she had to send all invoices for after school club, they then called the after school club on a day the child attends to check the invoice wasn't forged and asked the worker there to verbally confirm she was looking at the child named!! :eek:0 -
OMG if that's the type of checks they're doing for everyone they owe money to then we'll be lucky if we have any money by Christmas. I did wonder what they meant by checks but that's absurd!!!0

the timescales to proces were 2 then 4 weeks and there are other quite large cliams that are checked before they are accepted as they are thousands and thousands of ££££ and they take 6 weeks - if the timescale has passed thats it folks - there is no new timescale to quote I'm afraid - it is processing int'computer or still on a list to be checked0

Mine went in on friday too instead of today. I havent had a payment today, and I'm not in Scotland so it wasn't because of the Bank holiday. I renewed a few weeks ago but haven't heard anything.
if payments go in because of a bank holiday - its accross the whole UK- not regionally - your individual bank may pass on the payment even earlier but its not location specific!!!! that would be mental!:p0 -
