Have you given tco an estimate of what you expect your household income to be for the year AHEAD?
Maybe they are using the normal method of calculating your entitlement to tc's using the earnings from the year just passed. Have you told them that you have suffered a massive drop in income so that they can recalculate your entitlement using more accurate figures? The loopy one has gone :j0 -

You wont get a ctc lumpsum. You will find that all lumpsums are owed for WTC as it is your working situation which will most often change during the year. The loopy one has gone :j0 -
Ah right thanks so that lump sum will be the only one owed0

Yes , you should find that it is...however , if you have not received your paperwork as yet you may well be pleasently surprised when you do as I think you may well notice an increase in your new weekly payments.
Have you tried inputting your details into entitled to website to see what they say you should be receiving? The loopy one has gone :j0 -
