Finally! Just received the renewal/declaration form.

I'll be on the blower to them as soon as the little man has his nap.

I renewed on the phone on the 18th May and received my lump sum and balancing payments in the bank yesterday. Am just waiting for paperwork now!

I renewed by phone on saturday 21st, my husband has earned 1.2k less than what he did last year he was estimated to earn £28232 and has only earned £26984 will i recieve a lump sum? and if so how much roughly? many thanks i just find it all confusing

i renewed yesterady and was told not to call again until after 16th june , i asked why and was told as they are so busy we will be holding the lines up as the computers will take approx 2 weeks to be updated and it will be a waste of a phone call before that date , HTH

im currently planning when im going to finish for SMP as i need to inform my employer soon.

I receive WTC and was wondering if i still will once on SMP? Its a big boost to our income so i really need to know if its going to vanish so that i can reset our budget.

I renewed my final estimate for last year on Saturday and recieved a lump sum today but it was from WTC and on the estimate it showed CTC owe us, do they lump the payments together or do they appear seperately in your bank
