Did you have a change in circumstance?, I did which is why I got a provisional award which will be processed before they finalise 2010-2011.
I had a couple of changes throughout the year. Whats a specialist renewal?0 -
It was something they did last year to about 400,000 claimants. Basically a special team went through each of the claims checking all the details, made sure you were claiming correctly and if you are linked to anyone financially whilst claiming being single.Mortgage Feb 2015 £178,500 END 2043!!
MFW 2015 £100 /£1000
Watch this space, my MF end date will tumble!!0 -

Yes. If your salary matches the details you gave to the TCO, then you will have been paid the correct amount for the year, so won't be due a lump sum for an underpayment0 -

I renewd 5th May told exactly the same call back after 15th June. I did however get my normal payment the following week then an overpayment a day later. I then received a provisional award notice - showing the childvare change but incomr wromg. I called up and told the lady my income was wrong she amemded this. She also amended last years ss well as the person who did my renewal changed the childcare and not the income.
Ishe told me I wouldnt get another provisional not sure what she means so at mo dont have any dovumentation showing incorrect income for this year.
I asked why did i get provisional and when would i get Final award. She said provisional had been sent out before renewal.
I cant see how as the provisional was dated 9th May and I renewed 5th May also had new childcare declared on 5th May. So how no's0 -
When I think about it now, I rang when the new tax year started and gave an estimate of 2011/12's income because I knew it'd be lower so technically i've had a provisional award for this tax year. Maybe that's why they've not started processing my renewal yet.0

I received my renewal last week but not sure what to do. It asks for last years incomes which is 2k less than what I declared for 09/10-due to overtime? Does this mean i will receive a lump sum or is it have to over a certain amount.
I am currently on maternity leave and SMP starts in June, do i send my form then phone them in June to tell them my pay is reduced. Also when i return to work i am only working 3 day-this will take effect in Sept? when do i tell them?
Basically what im asking-for the renewal form are they only caring about 10/11 income? and should i phone them AFTER to say im on SMP &reduced hours in sept or write a note on my form? Now a mother to my beautiful daughter OliviaBorn 10th Dec 2010 weighing 7lb 1oz:A
