Nothing whatsoever wrong with overtaking as long as it is carried out safely and in accordance with the Highway Code.0 -

Parts of it are the law, some are just basic rules that we should all follow.

The great thing with the highway code is it's full of MUST and MUST NOT's
Andeven SHOULD NOT, which is very different to MUST NOT
But oddly enough not in the section about overtaking.

I don't tailgate and I only overtake when it's safe to do so.....
