All look ok to me. Your chilli seems a bit 'windswept' but has a few flowers on the way so should be ok I think. Don't water it too much - keep a little on the dry side seems to be the advice I've been given. Once the flowers open it'll want to be outside to get pollinated.
The toms will survive, I'm fairly sure of that. When did you sow them? They seem a wee bit small but not too bad. They could perhaps do with a drop more water, but wait to see what other people say as I really shouldn't be trusted. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
phew!! Good advice re chilli. All are planted in a mix of regular compost and tomato composty-stuff, and apart from the pepper (which has survived since last summer) were planted as little plants about 3 weeks ago.
I'm hoping to get the greenhousey-thingy reconstructed this weekend but will make sure OH weights it down better!
Suddenly I feel relieved.0 -

wait until the fruit starts to develop then feed with some high it potassuim like tomorite or maxicrop and water regularly when they need it:kisses3: Married 29th September 20120 -
Tomatoes are amazingly resilient. Last year we had one grow up through the cracks of the patio by the fence where an over ripe tomato must have fallen down and squished the year previously. It was given no attention at all and grew amazingly. The only problem was that it was too late and we just got green tomatoes.0

New potatoes for tea! I finally got tired of waiting for them to flower (the instructions said allow to flower for a week before harvesting), took the bull by the horns, or more properly, the spud by the haulms, and dug up 2 roots.
Got 14 golf ball sized spuds, a handful of tiddlers, and one as big as my fist! :T My 2011 production has begun!
And this with no rain since the beginning of March apart from a few minutes of light misty stuff, and only watering once (last week) with the hosepipe. If I'm over the hill, where was the top?0 -
