Hahahaha - that made ma laugh
I actually confirmed with her what the issue was. Was it that it didn't clean the window, or that it wasn't in the correct place. Apparently it's because it's not in the correct place. I asked if I removed it all together is that okay, and she said 'oh yes, that's fine'.
She may have fancied me, although I am a girl9/70lbs to lose0 -
I'm speechless really - I'm not really sure how a broken wiper constitutes a danger unless its likely to fall off.
I'm beginning to think I might get pulled over now - my rear wiper is absolutely fine, but I sometimes hang doggy poo bags from it after going to the park !!XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX:wave:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX0 -

It's definately not coming off, I've yanked it about trying to get it off and it's not moving..
Ewww, dog poo.. I should try doing that, bet they would leave me alone then!9/70lbs to lose0 -

your car matches the description of one that was invovled with an incident earlier on, such as a fail to stop, which is why she was asking about the dents.
(or perhaps it was PMT -Police Motorist tension!)
I agree, she had nothing on me and was embarassed.
Also, from where they were they wouldn't have seen the damage until after they stopped me.
She said she was just doing a vehicle check on me and I said 'that's fine, everything is in order', and she said 'that's okay then, we'll see'.. Grrrr9/70lbs to lose0 -
"Busy night, Officer?" *big grin*0

If the wiper is projecting out from the car, then it is a potential danger to another road user. I'm not sure whether a faulty rear wiper is an MOT failure or not."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

It's not sticking out, just flopped down so it's pointing at the floor.9/70lbs to lose0 -
Take it off, or tape it to the backscreen.0

Yeah, like Mikey says, tape it to the screen or take it off completely.
Or repair it lol0 -
I'm going to have a look at it today and see if I can sort it out.. luckily I don't need the car for a few days.. It's actually been like it for a few weeks now and I've been past a few Police cars.9/70lbs to lose0
