The code was sent to existing customers and stated can only be used once with items from the a/w 2006 and christmas books, i have the leaflet so i think contacting ts is a waste of time, unless you are an existing customer who met all the criteria

Have received an e-mail saying the code not valid and they will charge me so I've cancelled my order but they say it's on the way! Have told them I will send it back at their expense. will be wary othis type of thing in future.

You never had to enter any credit care details because you set up an actual account with them (I'm sure they do a credit check for that).

I got a letter from them today to say that my credit application with them had failed! I'm not suprised a credit check failed cos I ordered in a name I don't use any more, but I wasn't aware they would be making a credit check in the first place.

My OH had better luck though. She received a sale item, no charge, the other day.

Gahhh, just phoned the 0800 number to get my customer reference number, apparently they won't give it out on the phone because of data protection. They can't canel my order because their system won't show it for a day or two, and by then the order will be dispatched, what a terrible system
