Generally we deliver all awards within 28 working days of receipt of payment; we endeavour to deliver sooner than this but this should be the maximum.


So it seems that it may not end only on the stamps cost to receive the award.

Got my t-shirt today but they have charged me £4.99. for it. I entered my credit card details when ordering but the amount did come up at the end saying total 00. This is going back, luckily it is a free returns service. I hope they refund on my card.

Got my parcel today, used the code to get the item free, but they charged me, some I win, some I lose, it may not have been free but it was a bargain anyway

Received my order today, says £4.99 charged.

When i bought the item it was charged to my account £0.00, not my credit card
when i go the web site to login and check my account it says i don't exist.


I will wait to see if i get a statement requesting payment.

'Thank you for your email.
We note you asked to order code PS0081, however, you have ordered from the sale
We only accept one order code for each order placed and note that one has
already been used.
As this order code will be valid for some time, it can be used with a future
order.
we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards'

I have been charged for my item (which was a sale item) and I emailed them to ask why - they stated sale items are not included.

I am very happy with my purchase, which it still a bargain, so will be keeping it - just as well my little boy loved the trousers and has already worn them, lol.
