You never had to enter any credit care details because you set up an actual account with them (I'm sure they do a credit check for that). It is likely that they will send you a statement with the outstanding amount - That is IF your order has been accepted and the code has not worked for you. HTH

Anyway, I got an email saying my order has been despatched, no sign of being charged at the bank though! It was a sale item.

O/H has been charged for his order which was also a sale item (email was sent to confirm this - I was never sent one like this), but that was the first time he used Empire ..... don't think he will mind though as it was cheap:D

Call them, give them your order No. .... in the email and ask them to cancel.

as I had quite a large order [got carried away[I ought to be]] Theyn sent me 3 award forms.
Its over £9 on the phone so I will pop them in the post with a loose 1st class stamp and see what that brings forth.

i got a sale item too but was not charged at all done and recieved no probs did not enter any credit card info at all either.

how could u get charged when u didnt have to enter any credit card details? i got my item but it says 4.99 on the invoice so i dnt know where they are going to get that money from
