Got my cardigans today for my daughter and they are lovely. Balance zero. It worked ok with me. I ordered when the code got delivered to me and i've been a customer for a wee while now. The voucher said I was entitled to £5 off since I was on the phone along time to them trying to get through! Can't actaully remember that as I do it all online but i'm not complaining! Oh yeah and it says you can only use it once. Good luck.

Received an email saying order ready to post and had the charge of 4.99 added to my account!

Be careful with Empire - they change your order code - I entered a code that was put on here, and hey're claiming otherwise, and its going throuhg Office of Fair Trading currently, been on sonce May. Do NOT trust Empire at all.

hi guys this is still working, but only on autumn winter and xmas gift book full price stuff, there are a few things for less than five pounds but not much. im gutted as i was actually sent this but haven't got round to ordering yet and was going to order out of the sale.

Were the people who have been charged the full amount already customers? If not, that's probably why you've been charged as this was sent to existing customers only.

Me too. £4.49 been taken from my account. Don't understand as I had an email statement from empire saying free delivery and grand total 0.00 :mad:

In the terms and conditions it stated the code remains property of empire stores blah de blah so I think that means they can do as they wish.
If you got the discount cool, if not c'es't la vie! I ordered some things I needed anyway - gym clothing, but they merged 2 orders (i did have 2 diff. codes)
