The code was sent out in a letter to existing customers and they do limit the number of times it can be used.
PLease state the source and terms and conditions when posting codes. Thanks;)

I've ordered a shirt using the code and it came out to £0. (When copying and pasting codes make sure you get rid of any trailing spaces and it should work).

I didn't enter any credit card details so I think I have setup an account with them, thus probably will be receiving a catalogue that I can hopefully return without charge.

Make sure you click the data protection boxes correctly - the first two should be ticked to opt-out and the 3rd one should be left unticked to opt-out!

Hopefully they run out of catalogues to send one to me!!!
