I think Empire place a limit on peoples accounts - I used the £20 off no min spend 3 times and it really helped me prepare for my holiday. I have no problem with people using it two or three times but more than that is not only greed but might jeapordise what you've already ordered. If it's helping people at Christmas then good - IMO Empire make more than enough money on overpriced electricals and terrible insurance morals but that's another issue.

  • If you havn't had to input credit card details, havn't you therefore set up a credit account with them? And if you did agree to pay by card, even if you had confirmation on screen and by email that the total was £0, I'd check your statement carefully, as this happened to me and they ended up charging me not only the cost of the item, but £3.45 p&p on top (this was Vertbaudet though). Just a warning!

    I've been Money Tipped!
do they deliver themselves or use the royal mail?

they have couriers usually local people who are paid to do deliveries, mine is very friendly and picks stuff up to take back too all free.
