That's the thing, the past couple wages I've just been giving him a bill as the full amount to send me but for the rest of the month he's always asking 'What was it I paid for again?! Why is it *this* much?' So this month I just thought, star next to what he pays for on the budget and hope to God he adds it all up right. He's getting there :D

Without honking my own horn, I think Kate is a lovely name! Not a fat name at all :D Downside to being just called *Kate* is all my life people call me Katy. Which on it's own is a lovely name but it's so annoying! And when I put Kate as my full name on a form I always get asked if it should be Katherine *le sigh* I'm sure whatever name you pick for your little girl will be perfect though!

Been spending  £1.98 on iTunes last night, and £99.99 today on an electric fire for our living room. We've had the money put to one side since we moved in, just waiting to find the perfect one. And it's lovely! Fits the room perfectly :D My Mum is picking it up for us today as it's from my old town and my Dad says he'll fit it tonight :j It's 1800w, so 600w more than the little heater we use at the moment. Think it'll only cost about 5p an hour to run (little heater costs 3p!) and will make the room nice and toasty. Yay! Sadly it was right at the top of our budget for one, so we've got no change for putting in a saver. Well, bar a penny.

Talking to OH last night about Step 1 and we've decided that next month we're going to play like we only got his normal £800 wage. It covers everything and leaves him a pretty decent amount of spending money for the month, and we can put everything above that into the insurance pot. It's kind of bad though, he only got paid yesterday and we're already planning what to do with next months :o

And Greg passed his MOT fine! :D It must be down to my neat owner skillz. The Garage man did say he'll need new brake pads in a couple months though, but we work with a car parts company so can get them cheaper than normal and my Cousin was a mechanic in the army so can get them all fitted for me for the price of cake.

Decided I'm going to try and stop using my debit card. Was tempted to say everything but the food shop but I figure we can just let whatever's left mount up in our change jar, then once it's at a decent amount we can bag it up (or OH can change it at work) and we can take it too the bank. The debit card is pesky and tempts me into spending too much because I know we've got the back up!

Also I've got £55 in cash at home that I'm going to try and make last as long as Cinny-ly possible! Honestly, bar a couple pounds every now and then I don't spend much on myself at all anymore. So for fuel and buying my Brother and Sister tea when we're out (which in all fairness, will most likely be a Subways!) then hopefully my top up wage will add up silently in my bank account in time for OHs Birthday.

Phew, that was a ramble! And now my little coffee break is over so back to work time!

No plans for my Birthday as far as I know, but last year I had a surprise party so you never know! It's only my 20th though, not a major landmark one so I'm not expecting a fuss. And how boring does that sound! :rotfl: We're Saturday Birthday Girls this year though, so who knows! Have you got anything planned?

Doesn't sound boring at all! I don't like a fuss made either, just a family meal. Which actually is well boring but I like it :o I finish my final teaching practice the day before our birthday so I'll probably sleep all day! No plans though. We were thinking of going on a cheap holiday in May but I think we're gonna scrap that and keep saving.

I think Kate is a lovely name. I also like Gideon for a boy but no-one else does! I'm glad you've got a fire - makes such a difference when your house is warm. Sounds like your money plans are great - good job Greg passed his MOT!

I will restart my diary on here over the weekend. At the mo I'm just trying to plan my lessons. While watching Big Fat Gypsy Weddings of course! :D

Family meals are lovely though Zig, even more so if you don't get to properly see them other times. OH told me yesterday he's decided to take me out for tea on my Birthday. It's a lovely pub a couple villages over, I'm excited :D During the day though I'm trying to pin everyone down and get them all to come out with all the pooches and go for a walk. Castleton, or somewhere like that. Need to get in touch with OHs Mum to plan his Birthday first though. I have ideas brewing though.

I do love Big Fat Gypsy Wedding. It's nice seeing other peoples cultures, the grabbing thing is a bit of a shock. But I don't know why people think that we're so much better as to pass judgement on them. I did feel a little sorry for the 13 year old who was worried about cleaning out with her orange thumb mind!

The fire is frickin' amaze! I had it on for most of the night, and didn't need the heating on as it was blowing the air out, and heating up most of downstairs. Checked the meter before it went on, and checked this morning and we were only 50p down. Very impressed! Although, that fiddy pence is also with the telly, laptop, sky, phones and cooker. Was a major faff trying to get the pebbles to sit pretty. I'm sure some sick person in the factory made them all stack perfectly, then took one pebble away before putting them in the bag  But hey ho. I got there!

Got my Zus coming over tonight. Plans of Teen Mom, her filling me in on the second trip to see the American, and soup. My Brother is coming over after work though, mainly so he can watch Monday nights RAW. It's bad, but I'm getting quite addicted. Plus John Morrison is in it quite a bit and he's beyond words. OH is starting to hate him a little bit. Woops :o

I am a fan of Teen Mom too although think I have watched them all too many times.

    Glad the fire is good!

Meal for your birthday sounds lovely.

Glad Greg passed him MOT Cinny, always a worry, it's like getting it's very own medical. At least it's super healthy for another year.

I'd love a fire in my house but no spare wall to put it on, maybe the next house!

Swinstie - I'm sure you'll find a place in your next home! Ours is anything but quiet, but once you've popped the telly on you can barely hear it.

Wendz - Oooh, I love it! Catelynn and Tyler are my favourite, they're such a cute couple and stupidly strong for their age. It's the second time I watched the one where they go see Carly and I'm just sat there like *don't cry, don't cry!*

Disney tomorrow and I'm so excited I doubt on me sleeping much tonight! :o Off to my parents after word for tea and to get my hair coloured. Stocked up on those Directions pots back at Christmas as the shopping center we went to has them £2 cheaper than Ze Hippy shop in town so it's not costing me anything today really. It's *this* colour incase anybody is interested! Also going to tint my eyebrows so I don't need to take my pencil with me over the weekend. Trying to just take my mascara and some face wipes.

And while I remember! I got an urge to shop yesterday, so went to our Co-op and bought... reduced meat! Soo Rock and Rollio. :D Spent £8.01 and got stuff for OHs dinner today, enough meat for 3 meals and a handful of chewing gum packets for the trip. Made me and my Sister 15 minute pizzas for tea too, which turned out looovely. I was a little worried about it seeing how the dough is just flour, salt and water. But the recipe's a keeper!

Intrigued by the 15 minute pizzas Cinny! Mmmmm pizza! :)

I love the hair colour! I wish I wasn't so lazy when it comes to hair care and I could colour my hair, I know that I'll end up with massive roots all the time because I'm rubbish!

I've never seen Teen Mom, sometimes it's on the TV when I'm at the gym but I can't hear it over my dying!

When you've done it once and look in the mirror seeing your roots a mile off you won't forget! And the pizza recipe is going up on my blog tomorrow evening, think I scheduled it for 5ish! They play Teen Mom on Viva though, its where I started watching it :D

My Mummy did my hair all purdy for me though :D Was a little worried as the water ran bright pink, but it looks good! And I decided to have my nails like this for the trip. Gel overlay so no chance of chipping this weekend. Just putting some more CDs on my laptop for the iPod then I'm going to start/finish packing.

It's sooo windy out there. Brr! Came home to find one of our bins in the middle of the drive way, it's empty so most likely why it went for a wander. So I've sandwiched it in using the other bin and hoping it doesn't attack my car.

Ohh haven't seen it when they see Carly. I only have TMF so a bit behind! They are so sweet though and prob would have been better parents than half the others!

Have a brilliant time at Disney!

We did have an amazing time! :D Was 20 hours on the coach, 4 hours on the worst ferry rides of my life for 12 hours in the park. Was worth it all though, would do it again instantly! Fab spending proper time with OHs family too.

Decided seeing how the money was saved, that'd we'd treat ourselves and just not worry. So had lovely meals, got 2 new massive mugs, pretty new matchy keyrings and a big snowglobe :D It's gorgeous and a forever type of buy. Plus it plays 'Be our Guest'! We've got €10 left, OH is changing it at work tomorrow but I've told him to keep whatever it is.

Jammy bum though. OH had £1.20 in bits of change he wanted to get rid of so he didn't mix them up with euros. Decided to waste it on the slots. First spin, hit's the £153 jackpot. All in £1s! So he decided to buy himself cigarettes with them. Will last him months, and save him £40 just on that cost plus whatever he would be spending on them in that time. Can't complain. Plus he bought me Ricci Ricci. So I'm fully stocked on Perfume as I've also got a packed Boss Orange from Christmas and the Orla Kiely EDF I got last Summer.

Went shopping on the way home, not the best idea considering we were both on the dazed side of knackered and made a list off the top of our heads. Be plenty for the week, and we only spent £19. Plus we spent £30 from out grocery budget for snacks and parking while we were down there. So a very money rich weekend, was lovely being able to spend though!

My little money pot is going fine though. £44 left after £6 for OHs dinner and tea at work and £5 on cakes for OHs Mums Birthday.

Going to faff around until Top Gear is over then we're watching Ghost Hunters before bed. Because it isn't like I scare easy or anything!!
