His one to one said the teacher finds him frustrating because she knows he is very clever but he was "acting up" making noises:eek: erm no dear he has autism...I know he is clever but he has autism too and the noises were prob a response to being stressed or overstimulated or because he spends most of the school day trying to hold in the behaviour and then snaps.
I will be having a few words with teacher later....feel too poorly to have a big discussion but feel I need to say something...inclusion my a**e!
why have they canceld the afternoon break? that is very worrying, even if the children do not have any extra needs... i would be complaining about that one as well (as a group of parents)
good luck with trying to reason with them, it sounds a pure nightmare!
