I have registered the following complaint with offcom:

Redten Communications Limited have failed to fulfil the terms and conditions of their contract, viz:
    1. failure to provide the service using reasonable skill and care, causing complete loss of connection for 8 days without any prior notification (clause 4.1)
    2. limiting connection speed without written warning (clause 12.12)
    3. applying incremental charges without written notification (clause 12.12)
4 changing to an alternative broadband network that does not offer an equivalent or better level of service (clause 6.8)

Now checking my home insurance policy for legal aid clause

Morning all, I can confirm again there is no signs of speed increase this morning, I think they have a deal with redten so all customers over their limits will be limited to almost nothing so redten will not pay huge bills for extra traffic. quite reasonable for them but it also opens a door to us to sue them I believe, for breach of contract.

Im going to try to switch to another provider next week and find a way to sue them.
