FATTW*T INTERNNET more like. Look at the registered office of FatCAT on the bottom of the letter! Do we see a patern forming? Anyway Who's issued court papers and got out for nothing or less than £50? please PM if you don't want to post.

    Thanks and good luck everyone!

Paid a bit more than £50 but it was subject to confidentiality, as not everyone was made the offer, so as I cannot disclose the amount I will just say that it was more than £70 but less than £90 so should give you a guide, but I had not actually filed papers with the court, which would have cost that sort of figure by the time they were served, so decided to cut and run so to speak.

I sometimes regret not pushing for the lot including what it cost postage and phone calls etc. but am now happily surfing with Tiscali, I know some folk have had problems with them but I suppose with 2 million customers you must expect some, so far they have been fine with me.

Still won't negotiate a reasonable settlement though.

Good news Walber. Looks like we're both free at last. I'd second your comment about this thread. My thanks to everyone who has hounded and harrassed these idiots, who have dug into their murky business practices and provided advice and support when no one else seemed to give a stuff. There's no way I could name you all but ladies and gents I salute you!

I too got the release letter from Louise over the weekend. Sent them a "Notice of imminent action" letter last week. They haven't paid up for the 3 months of failed service - but I'm sure I can get a couple of quid for the PC which they are "letting" me keep so just happy to get out of it!!!

Many thanks to everyone on the forum for their help. And good luck to all who are still fighting the good fight!!! :j

Likewise I received the exact same letter today. Anyone got any thoughts as to where we stand with this and if we will still be be able to progress through courts?

I did do the pre-April RD letters and got the blanket stonewall letter.

I'm finding it very difficult to even find time to devoting to sorting this all out.
